I would guess that minorities are a rising demographic for traditional TV watching households instead of cord cutters

Same reason ESPN went to garbage low intelligent debate shows. Their time slot lined up perfectly with a large majority of the unemployed that watch daytime TV which obviously would have lower average IQ

Funny you should say that, since FOX came under fire in the 90's for creating the "FOX Model" that WB and UPN followed.

FOX had early success with Martin, In Living Color, Living Single, then once they were on the map they purged the black programming. WB and UPN did the exact same thing. Start off with some black programming to get a foothold, then switch to white shows.
