Exactly. First and foremost im not sure LSU will shell out big money to an up and comer.
Secondly i dont have faith in alleva to make a good hire.

I honestly feel like I've fallen asleep and then awoken to find myself stuck in a geauxonline.com thread circa 1999.

I mean, this EXACT SAME stuff was said. If that site still existed, you could just have cut and pasted.

I do think we will force Fisher and Herman to absolutely say no before they look elsewhere.

I don't trust Alleva and Co to do what's best for LSU, but I trust they are survivors and will do what's best for them in this case, which is to listen to the majority. They have no benefit of the doubt.

I certainly don't think they want to go through the nightmare of pulling the trigger only to end up with a Dan Mullen or some other second tier guy who ends up being Les 2.0. Their job wouldn't survive it.
