To not be on the air the day Michigan officially hires their coach.

Jesus man let it go.
He said.... IF Miles were to leave it would be a disgrace, and it would have been, but Miles didn't leave. He never said Miles was leaving.

He shouldnt have gone there in the first place, thats the point.
I'm just wondering whether or not this absence today was planned or not.
Why should I let it go? Thats the problem with journalists (I'm not saying that he's a textbook journalist).
Theres absolutely no accountability recently for the things that journalists say or write anymore. They have their free speech to say it, and we have our free speech to call them out on their bullshite. Thats the way it works. Somebody's gotta hold them accountable for the wreckless things that come out of their mouths sometimes...

He's just taking the week off, as Golic did last week. He wouldn't be bothered by a little thing like gratuitously and erroneously suggesting Miles is a liar. What, you think he has a conscience?

Though my statement was half-rhetorical, I know what you mean. I still think he deserves the 'Just Shut Up' award for this week.

I'll ask again... What did he say that was so bad ?

You mean Golic took the week off when a steroid report came out? These vacations are pretty damn convenient.

Golic took off due to the death of his brother-in-law, who died from cancer last week.

sarcasm button was not hit
BTW, Greenberg is probably off because his new lame-arse game show debuts this week, I believe.

Plenty of guys at ESPN owe Miles and LSU an apology...Greenberg isn't one of them.

I never recall saying anyone owes LSU an apology. It would be nice though for some of them to bring back the subject now that its all 'over'. I just find it convenient that none of them so far arent daring to touch it with a ten foot pole.

John Saunders is at the top of the list.
