I don't know if they are lazy, but I think the problem is that many parents protect their kids from reality, at all cost and then when they get out in the real world its more difficult for them to handle.
It seems like when I was a kid you had to develop thick skin. Now, parents seem to be a lot more involved in their kid's life and they are always telling them how great they are at everything so when they are in a situation where someone says something they don't like, it's a big deal.

Well Chris I am 56 and seen a lot more on here than a lot of folks have. Today's younger generation has zero clue what REAL hard work is. That's just the way it is now. I accept it but don't like it.
