My brother has two daughters ages 22 and 19. Both have taken Karate since they were very young (less than 10). The oldest is a 3rd. degree black belt ,the youngest a 1st. Both are very confident young lady's and I assure you can defend themselves against more the one foe.
They grew up in Calif. and just left for college, one in Minnesota and one in Arizona. MY brother and his wife sleep very well.
