To come on here one day bragging about his money situation and turn around one day later he needs food stamps??? frick this dude. This guy can't save himself from himself how is the govt supposed to save him.

maybe it's just me, but when the OP said he has "too much money in the bank," I interpreted that as the BANKS telling him that he has too much money for him to qualify for DSNAP, not really bragging about his enormous stash of savings

Also, I was just pointing out that middle class folks get left behind as usual. It's one of the things that became a pet peeve when i lived in California. It's almost like the government WANTS people to be low wage and to never save.
I think a lot of you are entirely too rabid but at least you're easy to troll.
