I didn't really play in college so I took years off. Now with a family I don't get to play enough to really get tired of it and I find it's a great release for me.

Yeah same here. HS and college I didn't play many video games but always owned a gaming PC or console. Those times I stayed dedicated to sex and drugs.
Edt: Really didn't pick the hobby back up until things slowed down and was going out less.
