Hopkins is the clear # 1 and the #2 is going to be a rookie
Allen is the clear #1 but Jacksonville have hurns and Thomas and they brought in ivory to concentrate more on the running game.
Defenses have more to worry about when playing Jacksonville as opposed to when they play Houston so Hopkins will get all the attention but I would still go Hopkins over Allen.
