Truth. Les is honestly a fantastic coach when you consider how he runs his program. Top notch recruiting, sustained success, keeps the program out of NCAA trouble, makes good hires, usually fields a strong defense and special teams...his sole shortcoming is with the passing game. Just about every coach has a shortcoming of some sort and it's easy to forget how good of a program CEO he is. If Saban wasn't at Bama, Les would be more respected. It's just bad luck that Saban is there.
