Had to then tell him that is only because I just went online and changed everything a few minutes before that for him....so the rep was just reading off the changes I made. Of course that stressed him out and I had to spend a few minutes calming him down before telling him to call them back right away and tell them the money was deposited to the wrong acct.

Nurse, you and I are in very similar situations. My parents are just emotionally spent and I am trying my best to help them. Are they going to get the money resent quickly to y'all?
