It's a matter of how you prefer to torture your opponent. Elite offenses will leave your opponent feeling dejected, aloof, and uninterested. "What's the point?" Elite defense will leave your opponent feeling helpless and overall uncomfortable. Your opponent will be on edge the entire time just waiting for that shimmering light, that last gasp of air, but guess what? It isn't coming, and they have no choice but to sit and take it.
