I would let it dry out good for a week or so and then see what happens

Batteries and motor should be fine

Speed controller is most likely bad

Pressure wash it and let it dry for a long time. Unplug everything you find. Let it dry.

New acid for batteries.

Drive the shite out of it. It was fresh water not salt. It'll be fine
