Also get a few dehumidifiers and run a hose to a drain, so they can run consistently. Air movement with a fan is good, but if the air is already saturated it won't do much.
Bleach is only moderately effective. The bleach is on solution and the bleach will evaporate leaving water behind for mold to grow with.
