The more people with the same degrees the less valuable the degree is so if the price of college went down significantly that could be an issue, but at the same time it should be more reasonable than it is, however; this only applies to public universities.

What does the job market demand? I think that plays a factor as well. Not everyone who graduates from college will get a job paying what they expect to get paid, so that should be a factor in whether someone decides its worth going to college.

I think its more complex than yes or no, college tuition should be lowered.
