lol what? That is often sited as the beginning of the decline of DiNardo's run.

You are correct, but I think this game is unique because: while it was an upset (UGA was also undefeated and ranked #12), it wasn't a massive, inexcusable one like the Houston, USM, Co. State games, it wasn't a soul crushing blowout (Florida 1993), it wasn't a game LSU gave away with stupidity (Auburn 1994), and it wasn't a game LSU just didn't show up for after a big win (Ole Miss 1997).

While it was a painful loss I tried to be positive after, it was an SEC East lose so LSU could still win out and win the West and beat UGA in a rematch in Atlanta. Nope, nope.
