Yeah, when the US has the 3rd best all-around female gymnast but she cannot compete in all-around because #1 and #2 are also from the US, per capita is ridiculous.

Good chance it could have been top 4 had Hernandez competed on all events as well. She was left off the bars in place of Douglas, but finished second(behind Biles) at the US Olympic Trials.
