Pretty much the same way as they do it under other circumstances. Eyes close, head nods. Boom.

I've only fallen asleep where my hands left the wheel for less than a second on a couple of occasions. I'm not proud of it, but it is what it is.

I shame myself. I shame others. Drinking and driving is a conscious act. Texting and driving is a conscious act. Driving with too little rest is a conscious act. Being careful is "on purpose." - Driving recklessly, impaired or distracted is shameful behavior and it is dangerous to others.

It should be eliminated.
