I live in Los Angeles, and I usually get the 104.5 ESPN podcast. You don't have to catch it live, and you can skip ahead if they're not talking about what you want to listen to. AND, the best part is, there's no commercials. I use the "Podcast" app on my iphone to access it.

Matt Moscona on AFR sucked me in, but I've been enjoying Culotta & The Prince a lot more lately. They usually have good guests and banter. Moscona has been a bit too whiney for me lately, but he does have some good shows, especially during football season. I don't listen to Sports Today as much, but it's good as well.
