The winter supplemental draft will occur after week 24. We will use reverse standings. If not everyone's week 24 score is in early, then we will just revert to week 23 scores.

Check out the league rules, but you do not add a 17th player for this draft. You either add/drop or pass. Generally, I think about half the teams grab a new player (anyone is eligible, not just incoming transfers - same as the fall supplemental draft).

But we DO need to identify those clubs that lost a player during the transfer window and move them to the front of the line....right?
