I think so, but unless something crazy happens, I legitimately don't know if there's enough quality signings for even two or three of us to pick somebody.

The winter supplemental draft will occur after week 24. We will use reverse standings. If not everyone's week 24 score is in early, then we will just revert to week 23 scores.
Check out the league rules, but you do not add a 17th player for this draft. You either add/drop or pass. Generally, I think about half the teams grab a new player (anyone is eligible, not just incoming transfers - same as the fall supplemental draft).
