I go to talk to my Mom. I talk to her almost every day anyway, but when I'm in BR I always go talk to her. It's been 34years and never gets any easier.

Catholic here, so we go every year, Nov. 1, All Saints day, down to Avoyelles where my dad and Grands are all buried . I nmade a promise to my Mom I would continue this after's he's gone also. It's a great time. We meet some of my cousins that have folks buried in the same cemetaries, then go have lunch together.
Great way to honor the dead and catch up with folks we don't see often
