They were most likely a slut or displayed slut-like tendencies prior to marriage. Some grow miserable being poor or grow apart.
Put a roof over her head, make money, invest some interest in her nightly rambling and new tits should be a safe bet.

When a woman gets the bolt ons, they sure seem eager to show them off. Several of my wife's friends have sent me pics of their tits. But their boyfriends sure don't know about it.
