So many folks here think defending their opinion vehemently will somehow make it a FACT. The OP posted a link saying the kid clocked a 4.49 electronically yet because you have data stating only two NFL players have ever done it then your opinion must be true. He doesn't play in the NFL. The links prove he did it once. That's all it takes to prove your opinion wrong. But it is your opinion and you are entitled to it.
