what he did would be called a full clean, or Olympic clean, or just a clean. All of which are different from a power clean. There is also such a thing as a hang clean and a hang power clean.

Wish there were more videos like this. Always interested to see the lifting technique of our players and also the weight they are pushing.

I mean, I'm pretty sure that players on the LSU football team know what the correct form is.

ETA: actually, boxcar is right. But still, why call out a technicality.
