I have a list of players I wont draft based on certain things like the defense, the oline or the player themselves.

Doing research isn't a draft strategy. A draft strategy is saying I'm going to go RB/WR/RB no matter what.

You still need research to do that. The player you would take at No. 1 or No. 10 is probably not the player I would take.

My strategy with PPR was usually WR/WR/RB-WR? It always depends if the player I want is there or not. I put notes on every draftable player in the top 200. Some I dont want and some I rank alot higher than a cheat sheet. I dont give a shite if the consensus says David Johnson is the No.1 back. If I think Eddie Lacy will be the number 1 back, thats who I pick knowing I cant get him in rd 2.

Most players get a cheat sheet that is outdated because all those stats are based off last year. I look at the team first and then the player. The number 1 back last year probably wont make the top 5 this year.

Research is alot better than nothing but you have to have a ton of luck on yourside.
