BPA based on your own evaluations. Assign draftable round grades to each player.(never pass on value)
Create player tiers(Elite, Good, Average, etc.) at every position so you can understand the depth at each position
Know(predict) which position wells will dry up first and prioritize your selections.
Never draft a TE early. Every year some jackarse drafts Gronk in round 2 or early 3rd...that team in my league has never made the playoffs.
Evolve with the board.

12 team PPR last year I took Gronk at 9 and won. The league isn't won at the draft it's won at the waiver wire.
