Predominantly white institutions. Thats what they are called.

How can HBCUs be racist. These institutions were built for us, by us. Not to be racist. But to provide us the same opportunities you already had. How in the freaking world is that racist.

I meant to say whites go to HBCUs more often than you know, I misspoke my apology.
