That seems like a GREAT phone for $60 that THRILLHO recommended. An option for a plan is the basic cricket plan. It's basically At&t service with 2.5 GB at LTE speed and throttled to 128 kbs after that. It's $40/month but if you set up automatic bill pay they knock it down $35 per month so you can pull off a pretty decent phone and plan for under a hundred dollars and only pay $35/month going forward.

Project Fi by Google. Twenty dollars talk and text, 10 dollars a gig. If you don't use it you get a credit on the next month.
