I used fair as a better descripter. Equal can assume equally shitty. Fair requires context

All people should be treated equally...yes...from the start of an interaction...once you're resisting arrest & being non compliant, that changes the way you're gonna be treated from that point forward. Why is this so hard?

Yes they should and if you don't comply, bad things will happen. Black or white... It's pretty simple .
