Is Tiger n Miami AU83 banned?

If so, I request that he be reinstated. He and I are pretty much arch nemeses as far as message boards go, but during a slow off season, his presence is missed on the SECRant, and he also helps add some balance to the Poli board. According to his profile, he hasn't posted since March. He's good people, even if a jackass at times.
