I agree.

But multiple warnings, a summons, and failure to appear in court will result in a warrant.

It sounds like she wasn't arrested for not cutting grass, she was brought to jail to answer for a warrant for failure to appear.

Or she could just cut her fricking grass like everybody else living in a house with a yard. And clean it up since it wasn't "just grass" she was cited for to begin with. Problem solved.

Nah. I keep my yard clean, cut the grass (and cut my parent's grass when need be), and I sure as shite am not an OT baller so not being able to buy a lawn mower to do it is no excuse.

Also, she was also cited for trash and broken down cars in her yard. You know what that shite attracts? Mosquitos when water is left standing in them, rats, possums, raccoons, etc. Which makes it a health hazard when you live in a neighborhood, especially one with kids running around.
