Our court system failed miserably. I don't understand how this guy was breathing free air after seeing his rap sheet.
This would have been avoided if our court system wasn't a joke!

Yeah. If I was hit with possession of ecstasy in June, I'd still be in jail.

On the bright side the taxpayers of Louisiana never have to worry with jailing and feeding him again.

noooooo! We lock up too many poor innocent black people who are just trying to better their lives. At least thats what I read all of the time.

Yup - he shouldn't have been walking free at all.

What's really bad is he likely pled to lesser charges than those listed on his sheet.

yes and considering Alabama's rap sheet of murdering every team they encounter it is a sheer miracle!
