If Jeremy Hill ever resists arrest and then reportedly reaches for a gun, he will be shot too. That's kind of how this whole thing works.

I haven't said anything about whether the guy deserved to be shot. I'm reserving judgement until the facts come out. IF he attempted to pull a gun then he deserved to be shot.

What I am saying is that this guy's arrest record is not justification for shooting him. That's kinda how the American constitution works.

Hopefully no one is saying that.

Its just a shame people are spouting how good of a guy he was on national TV and turning this into some innocent man being shot. He was a piece of shite human being that was a career violent criminal.

We know for a fact he illegally had a gun on him and the officers were responding to a 911 call about him threatening someone with that gun.

If it was a bad shoot, officers should be in trouble. But all these tears from all these people that did not know him are so fricking fake. This guy was not a student walking to class with his backpack and shot by police. He put himself in these situations his entire life and eventually it caught up to him.

He's lucky he wasn't shot and killed the FIRST time he had an illegal gun and resisted arrest. That is a damn good way to get yourself killed.

To act like someone's arrest record is completely irrelevant is nonsense. It speaks to their character and mindset. It's the same reason people use "He was a father/son/brother/student/good person" etc. etc. for why a person killed by cops was unjustified.
