Again...I have no side here. frick I haven't even bothered to watch the stupid video because I still won;t know what the shite actually happened there. My only point is that if the LEO's were justified in shooting this guy, then make the case for it. If they were not, then they need to be handled by the law. I'm open to whatever the truth turns out to be.

But bringing in all this other stuff isn't really necessary if they genuinely that they saw a gun and acted accordingly. None of that shite will matter at all if they can't show that, right? I mean...will it ultimately matter that this jackass did something criminal a decade ago if they can;t show he threatened them with a gun?
