I think it's Jon and Dany. Jon is the "Song of Ice and Fire" and I really think the fat man gets off on making people root for an incestuous relationship.
I mean, it's almost Hitchcock-esque in its sneaky perfection.

I'm firmly in Jon and Sansa camp. If you've haven't read much on it, it makes a lot of sense and just seems more natural.
Dany and Jon is just unimaginative Hollywood storytelling and would seem forced, they don't even work as a couple. Not Martin's style. A fling or short-lived situation is more likely.
Same with Sansa and Tyrion, it is beauty and the beast. It would be great for her story arc, but that is still possible for her without them being wed.
