Depends on the nature of the crime. Personally, I don't think this girl should be locked up for 6 years in juvy. Granted, she put people's lives in danger on the road and she could've crashed into a minivan.

She deserves some punishment and not probation. Texas doesn't mess around with the law and she may get broken off.
