whatever works really. nothing too over the top, but also nothing in the dumps.
If I remember correctly there wasn't many condos along that ride. If you wanted condos it was more in PCB or Destin etc..
That's why I'm asking here whats the best route for anywhere in 30A...whether its in Seaside, Rosemary, Grayton Beach, places inbetween...

In Rosemary/Seacrest you have High Pointe Resort which is beach front condos and then across the 30A is Seacrest which is a mix of condos and homes.
Grayton is probably the most laid back but least kid friendly
Seaside will cost you the most.
I would check VRBO and stay in the Alys BEACH/seacrest/Rosemary area.
Seagrove is an option if you want to be close to seaside but not pay seaside prices.
Anything west of Water Color while nice, isn't really as nice as the middle to eastern end of 30A.
