Well, I believe it's fairly obvious it needs to remain at one place to produce consistency in fairness, coaches know where they are going so everyone is on a level playing field to prepare their squads for the CWS and stats will remain equal...

It actually makes college baseball fair like college basketball and college football...

The best are all playing each other on a predetermined field that everyone has known about for years.

There's no excuse and no surprises...

Switching year after year would bring unfair surprises and unfair disadvantages to some great ballclubs.

and history will make sense in terms of wins...none of this complaining, you got lucky or MNC because your team got to play in a short right field and that was your specialty.

Still have no idea what unfair surprises and unfair disadvantages you're speaking of.

Teams should build for balance. If you build a HR squad and end up in a huge ballpark, well then that sucks for you. The opposite applies for small ball teams.
