Depends on what you consider a trashy person. But I would assume that the standards to get into an IVY level institution are very high.
So now your options would be to fill the ranks of our military with only those individuals who graduated from one of the service academies? Know how I know you didn't go anywhere past high school? Even thinking you graduated from a public school is a stretch of the imagination.
