Looks like footwork and throwing motion needs some improvement but glad he's one of the good guys!

It's 7 on 7, he's just standing back there throwing. No drop backs or anything like that really. Watch him in person and you will see he gets rid of the ball quickly.

change your name to crumbdumb. kids dont take real drops in 7v7. theres not pass rush nor oline. consequently, they tend to not create longer throws with the drop. throwing motion is fine.
