The million dollar question is when the good folks at corporate fly to Memphis on the corporate jet to sort all of this out what do you think the reaction will be by these employees when they find out they have been fired? Hope they send a young scrawny white kid to break the news to them.
If I was the young white kid my first line would be "What happened last night is why we can't have pancakes anymore at this store."

So the two who were originally fighting on the floor are actually Sisters (blood relation). Janika Nellums and her sister Shanika Strickland were both arrested.
The fight started because of an issue with management.
Momma Nellums said that Janika was being harassed at work "by management" which is what caused the fight.
Janika & Shanika were arrested (Those are real names)
