As far as Table Service location go in MK it's up there with just about any other and it's the only place to meet the Beast and only place to buy alcohol in Magic Kingdom.
For quick service, there are too many other locations just as good or better. Unless you have money to waste, have a pre-par opening ADR (8 am) on a day where they don't have the new early opening hours and shove your food down your face to be standing at Mine Train by 8:40 I would not worry with breakfast.
