If it has to be done using these ingredients, then 1. Shrimp first (least seasoning used in the water); 2. Potatoes, then add 3. Crawfish, then add 4. Corn into the second boil (in that order b/c of cooking time differences); and last 5. Sausage (because the grease from the sausage will get into anything else boiled in that water).
Total of three boils, although there's no way that's enough food if there's more than 4 or 5 of you. Better get some citrus, garlic, salt, and cayenne to round out the seasoning too, or it's all not going to taste very good.
