You'll definitely flirt with her after the 30 day no fap challenge.
That was the most tangible benefit to me - I always had good Match.com and Tinder game because I have good measurables, etc. But my day game and real life game was horrible when I was fapping because I'd always find that reason NOT to approach or say something.
You literally don't give a damn when you're loaded with T - you approach and are ALPHA as frick.
ETA: Now that I'm in a LTR relationship I'm struggling with no fap because it's hard to stay motivated not to do it.
