Obviously. If they looked into where a kid went to college, maybe they would target some worthwhile players and the franchise wouldn't serve as the stagnant buoy constantly being pooped on by the the majority of the rest of the NFC.

... Bottom line is that the Harper signing is a tactic to bring excitement. And that's sad because instead of looking in our back yard, we're again forced to believe we can relive 09.
