In my experience working under women and supervising women, I feel like they don't provide equal work per say. Women usually tend to be more petty, create more gossip, more judge mental, and usually create packs/cliqs. They also tend to be more skilled in procedural roles, and have technical knowledge vs real world applications. Male counterparts usually tend to be more relaxed while still maintaining stronger leadership, and have more creative and analytical thought processes.
