He's not a LB. Tull is a pass rush specialist and with the crowded field he's going to have to really stand out to make it.

You probably only keep two "jacks" or weakside ends on the 53 and that will likely be Kikaha and Edebali.

Then you have Jordan and likely Richardson on the strongside.

Maybe you keep one more end if he's a standout special teamer, but we're already going to need to save a spot for Onyemata, along with Rankins, Fairley, and Jenkins at DT.

9 would be the max on DL, unless the LB depth is so bad we run with only 5. Don't really see that happening.

Tull is in a win-win situation. Either he really stands out for the Saints and makes the team, or he doesn't and he ends up having a nice career with the Patriots.
