They probably weren't wromg when you think everything at full retail and dealer labor rates. Sales is billed full retail by parts, or at least, they are supposed to be.
What pisses me off is I can buy coil overs for the 4runner with eibach springs for less than I can buy rough country for the xterra and bds for the jeep.
Explain that to me.

most dealers dont do the installs or actually purchase parts, they sub out. They take an installs shop full mark-up cost, then add their dealer mark-up to that
