Im not sure why so many people in here are offended? My military friends all say Seals are known for being suckers for the limelight.

I'm not offended by his lying, it's just a discussion to me. Seals do seem too have more chest thumpers than other sf types and I don't think Kyle was held in very high esteem by his fellow Seals, even before he was killed. I think the crux of the discussion is that if he lied about these things, and they weren't little white lies, how can anything else he claimed be credible?
