Go read the transcript of the trial, numerous people for both the plaintiff and defendant testified that they saw Ventura on the deck injured, but no one could confirm that it was Kyle did it. Maybe he slipped and fell, maybe someone else put him down, but it is undisputed by either side that Ventura was on the deck injured.

The Ventura stuff and the silver/bronze star are peanuts compared to his other "embellishments."

Stating that you shot and killed 30 people in New Orleans after Katrina and you killed two car jackers in Texas and reported it to police and nothing came of it is far, far more than embellishing a few stories. The rest of his book could be 100% factual but those two outright lies are so absurd that they call into question everything he says.

Is he to be respected and thanked for his service? Of course. Is he honorable? Hard to say considering that BS.

Can you find the defendant ones for me?

Only ones I saw were the plantiff witnesses and they couldn't even agree with where he was punched.
